Dorset Wild Ones Festivals & Events🌼 Stag & hen 🌼 Birthday parties 🌼 School visits 🌼Nature craft workshops

Wild Ones provide a safe, informative, and fun outside environment for children to learn, play and explore. By taking part in a range of activities such as bushcraft, fire-making, gardening, nature crafts, shelter building, and wildlife workshops our children and young people will learn a range of skills whilst improving their confidence, risk-taking and communication skills, while having LOTS of fun! We understand that each child is an individual with varying levels of confidence and ability so will provide a range of activities on a daily basis with options to suit all. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the activities and our staffing levels, we are unable to offer places to children with SEND who require additional support at this time. However, we are hoping to run regular sessions after the summer holidays that are open to all, and next year we hope to be in a better position to be inclusive for all,

Hello to all our lovely Wild Ones. We have some sad news for you... we will not be running our club this summer :( We are once again in need of a new location so please let us know if you know of anywhere that would make a great new permanent home for our tribe.

In the meantime, we are taking some time out and focusing on festival fun over the summer, including Bestival - hopefully we'll see some of you there?

Thank you all for your amazing support, we are so sorry we can't go wild this summer but hopefully see you soon!

River dipping was a huge success today! We found such a huge amount of nymphs, fish and caddis fly larvae. Some rather fetching Easter bonnets and chocolate nests were also enjoyed by our wild ones today 🐣🐟

Hi all, we have an important announcement to make.

Wild ones is going through a few structural changes at the moment and the holiday club will be taking a little break until next year. This means we won’t be running the club in October, but we will be back bigger and better than ever in 2026!

We will be running some seasonal events and workshops so please keep a lookout for updates on this page and by email.

We are still on the lookout for a second location too so please get in touch if you know of anywhere suitable for wild ones to work their magic!
