Albury Primary School Tucked away in the picturesque village of Albury, just 10 minutes from Bishops Stortford you will find Albury Primary School. Welcome to Albury Primary School.

We welcome children aged 2-11 for an idyllic experience of primary school: children are safe, happy and standards are high. Our lovely, village school, first opened in 1850, consists of the original Victorian building and a new school hall. The school is set in attractive grounds encompassing a hard-playing area, sports field, pond and natural wild life environment. Children may join the school in our pre-school from the term after their second birthday and can progress all the way through until Year 6, after which they would leave to move to secondary school. By joining the school at such a young age, it enables us to get to know the children and understand them very well. There is a high standard of teaching in all areas of our school delivered within a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere.
