‘We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the members of Hanney News and the Michaelmas Fayre for the generous donations towards the purchase of a full set of waterproof clothing, for the Early Years Department at St James CE Primary School.
Their kindness will have a lasting impact on our youngest children by ensuring that every child can fully participate in our Forest School sessions, whatever the weather. As an important part of the EYFS curriculum, Forest School provides invaluable opportunities for children to develop confidence, resilience, independence, and a love of the natural world through outdoor learning. Having a complete set of waterproof clothing means that all children can access this enriching provision comfortably and safely throughout the year.
We are incredibly grateful for their support and generosity. The contribution will make a real difference to the experiences and learning of our Early Years children for years to come.
