This is why 360 turning kicks should be more confidently thrown during sparring. They aren’t that difficult when you break it down.

This is the North Korean Demo Team, filmed in the Taekwon-Do Palace on a visit I took. Such a unique experience to visit such a famous landmark in a city well documented around the world.

So proud of these three! Travelled up to Liverpool for the North West Championships & absolutely smashed it!

Four Golds & Two Silvers, with both Gabriel & Finlay getting to the final against each other for one of those! Well done Ayla for keeping by focused!

A massive congratulations to all those who were successful at the latest Oxfordshire area seminar and grading with grandmaster Master Gary Miller.

The event was very well supported and all who took part in the grading from Vale were successful :-)

Working on the hip strengthening in preparation for kicking able to take place. The rehab after ACL reconstruction surgery is all about slow and steady in the early stages.
