It’s going to be an emotional Christmas party tomorrow, as it marks our final day with the children. Sadly, Caterpillars will be closing at the end of this term. With the landlords significantly increasing the rent, our little nursery simply can’t sustain the cost.
For nearly 10 wonderful years, Caterpillars has been a place filled with fun, learning, and love. We’ve always been proud to go above and beyond for our children and our staff. Over the years, we’ve supported so many children to grow, thrive, and exceed their potential. We’ve pushed for children to secure EHCPs and attend schools where they can get the education and support they truly need. We’ve stood by families, offered help whenever it was needed, and fought to ensure every child had a voice.
We’ve also supported many of our staff in training and qualifying as early years professionals — something we’re truly proud of.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to our current team — Natasha, Chloe and Amber. Despite the difficulties of recent months, they have continued to demonstrate outstanding professionalism.
