It was great to deliver the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification to a fantastic group — all of whom successfully completed the course and are now equipped with vital skills that could make a real difference in an emergency. 👏

First aid training isn’t just about ticking a box. Having confident, appropriately trained first aiders in the workplace can help ensure colleagues receive immediate support when an accident or medical emergency occurs.

UK employers also have a legal duty under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 to provide adequate and appropriate first-aid equipment, facilities and personnel based on their workplace needs.

Congratulations to all of our learners who have successfully achieved the Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Fire Safety (RQF), with a fantastic 100% pass rate! 👏

It was a pleasure to deliver this nationally recognised, Ofqual-regulated qualification and see such great engagement throughout the day.

The Level 2 Award in Fire Safety (RQF) is ideal for nominated Fire Wardens and Fire Marshals, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to help keep their workplace safe. The course covers fire prevention, recognising hazards, raising the alarm, evacuation procedures, the principles of extinguishing fires, legal responsibilities and the important role of a Fire Warden before, during and after an emergency.

Fire safety training is about far more than compliance. Every organisation has a legal and moral responsibility to protect its staff, visitors and premises. Well-trained Fire Wardens play a crucial role in preventing incidents, identifying risks and ensuring people can evacuate safely should the worst happen.

Another successful delivery of the Regulated Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) course in Birmingham, with a 100% pass rate for all learners.

Knowing what to do in the first few minutes of a medical emergency can make all the difference. In England, bystander CPR is now attempted in over 70% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests, yet only around 1 in 10 people survive to 30 days. Having trained and confident first aiders in the workplace can help bridge those critical minutes before the emergency services arrive.

Today we delivered the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) course at the Village Hotel Walsall, equipping learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently in an emergency situation.

A huge congratulations to all participants on successfully achieving their qualification. 👏
