We have been kindly gifted 3 bikes by Ken, a cycling enthusiast who very kindly takes donations of bikes, services them and passes them onto children who havenโt got bikes for free.
Ken travelled from Nuneaton to donate the bikes to us, this means that our pupils who do not have bikes at home can now take part in our bikeability scheme.
If you have a bike suitable for children aged 7-11 at home that is no longer being used, please consider donating it to us at school, we need 3 more. Call the school office and ask for Mrs Nadat.
Thank you Ken for your kind and generous gift to our pupils ๐ฒ

This week we celebrated VE Day, the 80th Anniversary!
Pupils and staff wore 1940โs style clothing or dressed in red, white and blue. The school kitchen cooked a special wartime meal and made some delicious biscuits.
On May 8, 1945 - known as Victory in Europe Day or V-E Day - celebrations erupted around the world to mark the end of World War II in Europe and in true PJS spirit we celebrated with lots of fun activities throughout the school day!
Pupils learnt about VE Day and the importance of remembering, they took part in group activities across school along with outdoor fun and games like hopscotch and throw.
Classes baked wartime cakes, made bunting and made commemorative paper plates.
Here are some photographs of some of the lovely activities that took place throughout the day.
