Nothing impressive with the weights I was more experimenting with my first time on a circuit like this
Felt good to build some strength and conditioning at the same time

Perform all ‘A’ exercises one after the other then rest for up to 1 minute then perform again for 3-4 sets..
then perform ‘B’ exercises quickly back to back then go ☑️

I always prefer a circuit format as it’s time efficient
If I was looking for strength records… the circuit may have to go.. but for now, it stays 💪🏼

Super quick healthy pancake that takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Ingredients: 1. Eggs 2. Oats 3. Fruit of your choice 4. Coconut oil/other cooking oil of preference
Directions: 1. Mix eggs and oats in a bowl. 2. Heat teaspoon of oil in frying pan 3. Pour mixture into frying pan 4. Add fruit and healthy toppings (like cinnamon) 5. Pan - plate

Hey everyone,
HAPPY NEW YEAR
I hope that January has been kind to you so far. We've been busy preparing some exciting new projects classes and sessions for you in 2016.
First things first, if we can help be of any service to you, please, please let us know (any advice ect to beat the winter cold or blues) If there is any healthy living advice that you would like, then please let us know as we'd love to share.
Secondly, if you would like any health, fitness or sport in your community (in the Birmingham surrounding communities area) please also let us know as we're looking for support and to branch out.
Lastly, we're REALLY EXCITED to announce that we start again tomorrow at 6pm at the Lighthouse in Birmingham for exercise. so please come along, get involved and try something new this new year!
