Six Reasons to BE a student at Studio School & Sixth:
1. BE SUCCESSFUL
We are experts in our vocational specialisms. Our students leave us with the highest standard of qualifications in the subjects they care most about.
2. BE FOCUSSED
In Years 10 and 11 our students receive an additional 234 hours over two years to deepen their knowledge and skills in the three specialist options that they choose to study.
3. BE RECOGNISED
Our students engage with real life industry projects to bring their learning to life. No more dry learning from text books, this is the real deal.
4. BE REASSURRED
We have been consistently rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted since we opened 10 years ago. This is no mean feat, lots of specialist schools have struggled with offering a great blend of engaging courses and high-quality traditional education. We are proud of our academic rigour and quality-first teaching across all subjects.
5. BE DRIVEN
Our students leave us to achieve amazing things. From Degree Apprenticeships, to traditional academic degrees at top universities, to conservatoires and drama schools, our students continue to follow their passions long after they leave Studio School & Sixth.
6. BE YOURSELF
Being a much smaller school (of only 300 students in total), we really get to know our students as individuals. Our staff and students are diverse in nature, but united in purpose. You’ll flourish in our learning community, whatever your lived experiences.
