Shuma has passed her driving test today in Lichfield with a few driving faults.

Proud to share that I have successfully completed the RoSPA Level 4 Award in advance behavioural driver training 🚗📘

As a driving instructor, I strongly believe that learning should never stop — not just for learners, but for instructors too. Continuous Professional Development is important because the more we develop our coaching, knowledge, and understanding, the better support we can give to the people we teach.

This qualification has challenged me to think deeper about driver behaviour, coaching methods, risk awareness, and lifelong learning behind the wheel.

For me, it’s not about collecting certificates — it’s about investing in the quality of training I provide and continuing to raise my own standards as an instructor.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the journey. Looking forward to bringing even more value to my learners moving forward.
