Aldridge Premier Tuition

Aldridge Premier Tuition get many requests throughout the year to help with a number of good causes in our local community.

Already this year we have worked with Walsall FC on their food bank appeal, sponsored the children's races at the Aldridge 10k event and provided tuition vouchers as raffle prizes for local schools and fund raisers.

We have 3 vouchers left for this academic year. Each voucher gives the winner 4 free tuition lessons in a subject of their choice and are worth just over £100 which can be used in charity/school fayre raffles.

We have decided to empower our daytime pupils to make the choice of where these three vouchers will go and to be considered we are asking for an email to be sent to:

In the email, please give the pupils a little bit of information about the good cause, how the voucher will be used and how the funds raised will be used. Please include a date of event where possible.

The pupils will choose 1 good cause a week on

Friday 19th June
Friday 26th June
Friday 3rd July

Please feel free to share the post to any local group/charities with events coming up that would benefit from a tuition voucher as a prize.

Aldridge Premier Tuition are pleased to announce our summer holiday sessions.

We have a range of lessons available including:

11+ Masterclasses - These are perfect for pupils wanting to master the different areas of an 11+ exam.

Normal Tuition: We also have normal tuition sessions available which will follow the pupils normal planned lessons. All lessons will have tutors able to cover KS1 and KS2 English and Maths, KS3 Maths, English and Science and GCSE English and Foundation Maths.

We also have limited spaces available with these tutors

Tuesdays Chris (Higher Maths) 6:00pm to 7:20pm
Wednesday Craig (A Level Maths, Biology or GCSE Science) 6:00pm to 7:20pm
Thursday Donna (A level or GCSE English) 6:00pm to 7:20pm.

The above sessions will be booked quickly so please book soon.

Lesson costs are as follows

£30 a lesson or £28 if more than one a week.

Aldridge Premier Tuition are proud to sponsor the children's races at the Aldridge 10k event. We know we have some of our pupils taking part and that they have been excited about it all week. We can't wait to hear how it went at your next lessons.

We currently have good availability for tuition in the following areas:

* Key Stage 1 and 2 in English and Maths
* Key Stage 3 in English, Maths and Science
* GCSE English, Maths and Science
* A-Level Maths and Biology
* 11+ Tuition

All our lessons are taught by qualified teachers who are experts in their subject. Lessons are 80 minutes long and cost £28. We are able to mix lessons and do 40 minutes of two subjects so someone in Year 4 could do a mix of English and Maths.

We offer a free, no obligation consultation where you can visit the centre, meet Amy or Matt who will do some work with the pupil in order to find strengths and development points. We do have good availability for consultations next week at the following times:

Saturday 10:30am or 1:30pm

Our next 11+ Mock Exam is on Sunday 14th June. We have 2 sessions available:

Session 1 is 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Session 2 is 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm

Each exam is limited to 20 places that will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

The cost of the exam is £40 and we have a variety of payment options including cash, bank transfer or via the tax-free childcare scheme.

Included in the price is the 2 hour exam with feedback (both verbal and written) available directly after. The report will have a target score which using past data is a good indicator of where you should be to be considered on track.

The exam will be GL format which is the chosen format for West Midlands Grammar Schools. Pupils will record their answers on multiple choice sheets and each section strictly timed accordingly.

You have all worked so hard this year towards your exams and we can't wait to hear your fantastic results in the summer.

Year 6 are starting their SATs week and Year 11 are starting their GCSE exams. Plus we know lots of pupils in other year groups have mocks and end of year exams approaching.

We have some extra sessions available during the May Half term holiday and our 11+ Mock Exam the week before.

Sunday 17th May 11+ Mock with 2 sessions available. Cost £40 with score, mark and feedback available after the exam.

Then during half term we have our popular GCSE revision sessions.

Wednesday 27th May 3:30pm to 5:30pm we have our Maths prediction papers. Staff will be able to mark the papers, offer support on the tricky questions and provide extra revision questions on the day.

Tuesday 26th May - 3:30 to 5:30pm we have our Science revision session with paper 2 available for Chemistry, Biology and Physics. Or pupils can work on any problem areas they have. Again staff will be able to mark and offer support on tricky questions.

We also have regular tuition sessions available on the Tuesday and Thursday.

All sessions need to be booked in advance to ensure we have enough tutors to support the pupils in the sessions.
