The location of group classes is TBC (it will be a neutral setting and not a place that runs aalimiyyah classes).

What is ASMA Group?
Adult Sisters' Memorisation Accountability Group to finally get on track with your memorisation goals and to memorise or review your forgotten memorisaton of Juz Amma (the 30th part of the Qur'an).

Why Juz Amma?
The surahs are shorter (and so are many of the verses), so it's perfect for those of us who have self-doubts about being able to memorise.

How will it work?
The aim will be to memorise 5 verses a week. This is so it doesn't become overwhelming, and so that we can build consistency inshaAllah.

We will be cheerleaders and encourage and motivate each other via a dedicated WhatsApp group inshaAllah - A place to share struggles, tips and tricks and connect with sisters on the same path inshaAllah for His sake 💜

There will be a weekly group class to recite the week's memorisation which will be up to 1 hour a week on Tuesdays at 9pm inshaAllah.

When does it start?
Group will inshaAllah open on Tuesday 29th September and first group class will be on Tuesday 5th September inshaAllah. Enrolments by 29th September- payment must be made to secure your place.

Requirements:
• Sisters only
• Must be 18+
• Know how to recite the Quran or have previously successfully memorised by auditory learning (memorise by listening)
• Make payment in advance to secure your place for the month (£10 per month covering an average of 4 sessions each month)
• Access Google meet (which you probably already have on your smart phone) to join the class. Support can be given if needed 💙

Alhamdulillah a beneficial and productive few hours with Qur'anic Insights, Global Relief Trust and Asma Riaz 💜 yesterday.

I would recommend it to students of knowledge and graduates.
Asma makes you feel really comfortable in her presence 💙

A great opportunity to network with other aalimaat..my cheeks were hurting from the laughter when the Luton sisters presented their group speech 😅 alhamdulillah 💚

Almost didn't make it, but it was written alhamdulillah! No one can stop what Allah has decreed.

I'm sure everyone felt well looked after by the organisers. The 'refreshments' were a meal imo mashaAllah Naanou's Kitchen - best samosas I've had mashaAllah.

Jazaakumullahu khairan to all who were involved in organising and sponsoring the program.

Can't really give you any sneak peaks of the content! You will have to attend the next one inshaAllah.

One thing I will say is, that although I felt Zaid was a bit cheeky and could have had more hikmah in what he told Bakr about the snake(!), he taught us all a valuable and insightful lesson at the end of the workshop 💚 and Bakr must be a good friend for not holding it against him!

(No real Bakr's or Zaid's attended the workshop...)

10th Muharram...
The day on which Allah saved Musaa alayhis Salaam and his people from Firawn, the greatest tyrant who ever lived.
Allah created multiple paths in the sea so that the tribes of Banu Israaeel could safely escape.
He then used the same sea to drown and destroy Firawn.

Today, whatever struggle you're going through, may you be reminded that your way out will surely come inshaAllah, your miracle will come.

He knows every challenge you go through. He sees every injustice and His plan is greater than ours...

May He deliver you from all your difficulties and may you see His miracles in your life 🤲

Alhamdulillah passed an exam today 💜
