What was supposed to be a 4-course table service was asked to be served family style, and it looked beautiful, sometimes the unexpected wows you.

3 chickens (A special recipe we created and served, for a client's dinner last week)
Crispy Kedu chicken thighs, a slight variation from the Japanese Karaage, a customer favourite, we simply boosted the sweetness and umami in it by playing with onions and 'wait for it' seafood. Yes, seafood (fish oil, crayfish, dried anchovies, lobster oil, and so on) is a great way to add a unique flavour to meat. Completely changes the taste profile.
We served this with a smoked chicken peppersoup and a turkey & chicken pie filling.

Paella style jollof for the most amazing customers. We worked closely with the customer to create this dish. All our menus served for private bookings are new, and personally crafted for each customer, so you can have your dream menu.
