It has been bought to my attention that there has been some conversations on Facebook regarding a black school jumper for Edgar Stammers. Having called the uniform shop in Walsall, I can confirm they are selling blue jumpers only. Although the school has had new signs put up over the summer, the uniform remains the same. I hope youโre all having a wonderful holiday.

This unfortunate tragedy is a strong reminder of the risks of frozen water this winter. We share our deepest sympathies with the families and friends of the children involved, and extend our thoughts to the wider community.
Areas with frozen ponds, lakes, canals and rivers can be beautiful places to visit during the winter months, however, some people risk their lives by venturing onto frozen water. It may look solid from the surface, but will not hold your weight. Please stay clear of waterways, do not stand on the ice, and keep your pet on a lead.

This year, we decided to do something different by asking our children and their families to recreate their favourite book characters with...potatoes! It was wonderful to celebrate World Book Day with the fantastic potato characters the children worked hard at to create.
