Our employability class was a bit different today. Today the lesson was held by Carlene, a psychology student who has chosen to complete her work placement here at Nacro Walsall. The learners really engaged in discussions surrounding career goals and prospects which is always lovely to see. We look forward to seeing what the future holds👀

Here at Nacro Walsall we've decided to run 'Learner Voice' to give our learners an opportunity to voice their opinions, incorporate ideas and make changes within the centre. We're looking forward to reading suggestions and making those changes.

Take 2023 by the horns and get those qualifications under your belt! We're right next to Walsall Arboretum park and the centre, so easy to find and definitely hard not to miss with our new signs🤩

Aside from being fun, extracurricular trips like this help our learners gain confidence in being in public settings and develop skills in socialising, teamwork and communicating.
