💜 Help Us Celebrate World Prematurity Day 2026! 💜

This November, Footprints Day Nursery is proud to be supporting Tiny Lives to celebrate World Prematurity Day on 15th November 2026.

We’re organising a raffle to help raise vital funds and awareness for premature and poorly babies and their families, and we’d love the support of our amazing local community.

🎁 We’re looking for raffle prize donations from local businesses!

🎓✨ What a truly special day celebrating our wonderful Badgers! ✨🎓

A huge thank you to all of our families who joined us for our Pre-School Graduation today. It was so lovely to celebrate this important milestone together. ❤️

Our children did an amazing job performing their graduation songs, including “On My Way” and “Golden” – they sang their hearts out and made us all incredibly proud. 🌟🎶

Although the weather had other ideas 🌧️, we didn’t let the rain spoil the fun! We made the very best of the day, enjoying delicious food, cake 🎂, a bouncy castle -thanks to Bounce North East🏰, lots of laughter, our beautiful magnets from Tip Top Creations and, of course, a few happy tears as we watched our little graduates prepare for their next adventure.

We are so proud of each and every one of our children and all they have achieved during their time with us. We wish them every happiness and success as they begin their exciting journey to school. 💛

Congratulations, Class of 2026! 🎓✨ You’ll always be part of the Footprints family. 💚

🎉 That’s a wrap for another fantastic term at Footprints Nursery! 🎉

What a wonderful way to finish! 💜

🏅 Our Badgers have had a brilliant Sports Day this week, showing fantastic teamwork, determination and lots of smiles! They were very proud of their medals, they have worn them all week! 🌟

🎓 Tomorrow we celebrate our amazing Graduation, and we can’t wait to send our school leavers off with a very special celebration. We’re so proud of each and every one of you! ❤️

🌞 To all of our term-time children, have a fantastic summer break! We hope you make lots of wonderful memories with your families. We look forward to welcoming you back on Tuesday 1st September.

🎉 For our all-year-round children, don’t worry—the fun doesn’t stop! We have lots of exciting activities, adventures and summer fun planned over the holidays, and we can’t wait to enjoy them with you! ☀️🎨💦

👶 We’ll also be welcoming lots of new little friends over the coming weeks, and we can’t wait for everyone to be part of another exciting year at Footprints Nursery.

🦆🌟 Today our Duckling Room enjoyed an exciting trip to Ouseburn Farm! 🐑🐐🚜

14 children supervised 6 staff as they travelled by Metro 🚇, which was an adventure in itself. The children were amazing travellers and loved spotting everything along the journey 👀✨.

At the farm, we met lots of friendly animals 🐓🐇🐑, explored the surroundings 🌳, and learned all about farm life 🚜. There were plenty of smiles 😄, laughter 😂, and excited conversations throughout the day.

We finished our adventure with a picnic together 🧺🥪🍎 before heading back to nursery, tired but very happy 😊.

A huge thankyou to the staff and vomunteers Ouseburn Farm Charity Ltd for being so friendly and helpful telling us about their lovely animals 💞

The children had a wonderful time, and we’re pleased to report that all 14 Ducklings returned to nursery—none tried to move into the farm permanently! 🦆😂🏡

A fantastic day full of learning 📚, exploration 🌿, and lots of happy memories ❤️.
