We are super Impressed with our Polar Bears and Pandas and their fantastic efforts in maths this week! 🐼🐻‍❄️
We have been learning to count in multiples of 2s, 5s and 10s, using a range of practical resources to help us recognise patterns, build our confidence and develop our understanding of number. We have loved getting hands-on with our learning and challenging ourselves to become more confident mathematicians! 🧮👏

🍂🎃 Exploring Autumn in Year 1! 🍁🌳

Our Pandas and Polar Bears have had a fantastic time exploring the changes we see in Autumn this week! 🧡
We have thoroughly enjoyed investigating our pumpkin stations, where we have been measuring, weighing and drawing a variety of autumnal vegetables. We have also been learning about harvest and thinking about how this special time of year links to the food we grow and eat. 🎃🥕🌽
Our creativity has blossomed through a range of exciting crafting opportunities! We have used paint to create our own beautiful autumn trees, designed colourful leaf collages and explored a variety of investigation tools to help us spot the different signs of Autumn during our outdoor play. 🍂🔍🍃
