We have positions available for part time Evening Nursery Cleaners (flexible from 17.30) to join our friendly team. Whilst previous experience would be desirable, it is not essential. Our ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, a cheerful personality, and a good eye for detail. Along with the usual cleaning responsibilities as you would expect with a role of this type, we need the post holder to have an awareness of Health and Safety as our children’s safety is paramount.

£13.21 per hour 15 hours per week

RAFAKidz Benson had a wheelie great time this morning completing a course in the car park for our RAFARides 2026 event 🚴

Thank you to all the staff & parents that helped support this & a special thank you to the Station Commander for taking time out of her busy schedule to open up the race for us & waving the flag to set the children off!

Yesterday Snowdrops & Daisies had the beach brought to them in the lovely hot weather, creating a scene of sea, sand, sea animals & lots of water splashing! 🏖🐠🦈🐬💦

2 days to go until we take part in RAFARides, raising funds that will directly come back to our nursery to help with purchasing more resources needed for the setting.

Please bring along your child's/children's bike or scooter on Thursday for them to take part in a track that we will be setting up in the nursery car park after 9:30am for all the children to take part & receive a medal & certificate at the end, we also have the Station Commander coming along to support!

QR codes are up around the setting to make donations, we are also asking for cake donations as our out of school club children will be running a cake stall at the end of the day on the grass verge between the nursery & school, this will be in place after 3pm and we would greatly appreciate any donations for this.

Our ladies swapped the navy & red for pink today & tackled a 5k mud run for Cancer research, doing us all proud!
Amazing work & what a way to carry out some extra team building!

The construction tuff tray activity was a hit with Bluebells this week, staff talked with the children about construction sites and site safety, as you can see the children loved dressing up in hard hats, Hi Vis and using tools to fix up things! 🚧🏗️🛠️👩‍🔧👨‍🔧

🍌🍊🍍🥑🥝🥭 Handas Surprise: Taste and Try 🥭🥝🥑🍍🍊🍌

Following RAFAKidz's curriculum pre school room intertwined the artist of the month- Yayoi Kusama with the book of the month- Handas surprise.

The staff laid out different fruits based on Yayoi Kusama's artwork using bright colours, spots & circles and opened up conversations about the book, offering language development opportunities to use different words when describing the smell and taste of the fruits.
