Wallingford School - Key Stage 4 Results 2026

Students at Wallingford School are receiving their Key Stage 4 results this morning and we are very proud of them indeed. The results are excellent and reflect the quality of teaching and learning and support at the school and the hard work, ability and commitment of the young people who have achieved them.

Beneath the headlines there are many individual stories of students who have excelled, be it with a string of top grades or who have achieved or exceeded their targets or overcome challenges or difficulties in their lives. We celebrate the achievements of each and every young person at Wallingford School as they look forward now to the next step in their lives.

The headline figures in terms of grades for the 214 students in the year group are:

English 4+ 73%
Maths 4+ 73%
English and Maths 4+ 66%

English 5+ 62%
Maths 5+ 54%
English and Maths 5+ 50%
5 or more grade 7s 24%

A huge thank you must go to the staff at Wallingford School who have supported these young people. As ever, it has been a real pleasure to see so many families and staff in school this morning to see the students collecting their results and to celebrate the moment with them.

Congratulations to every student who has received their results today and we wish them well for their futures whether in the Sixth Form at Wallingford School or elsewhere.

Wallingford School - Key Stage 5 Results 2026

Everyone at Wallingford School is very proud indeed this morning of our Year 13 students as they receive the results for their A Level and BTEC courses. This has been a talented year group which has worked tremendously hard and made a significant contribution to our school both within the classroom and beyond.

Destinations are broad and varied and almost all students have managed to secure a place at their institution of choice to study a diverse range of competitive courses at universities and colleges across the country. Equally, those who might be having a gap year or going into work-based training are very well-set for future applications and options.

In summary, for the 153 students in Year 13 this year at A Level:

• 14% of all entries gained A* grades
• 38% of all entries gained A*-A grades
• 68% of all entries gained A*-B grades
• 98% of all entries gained A*-E grades

A huge thank you must also go to the staff at Wallingford School who have supported these young people over the past two years – and in most cases for seven years - and also to their families who have shared their journey for every step of the way.

Congratulations to every young person who has received their results today and we wish them well for what we are certain will be bright and promising futures.
