Another week in London spent with preregistered nurses returning to their passion.
Both benefited from the small group, where we could go over the subject and ensure full understanding had taken place.
Back to Wirral near Liverpool where I live now. Next week is midwifery and adult group. Then off to Southampton NHS the following week

And a first time pass for our Mental Health Nurse who purchased online and Virtual training from us, choosing to take a mock as well before her test.

Lovely group last week, three nurses and a midwife. We had a great week together, with the help of my lovely trainer Judy who came in to support us for 2 days.
Training is about quality not quantity, I close the groups to new candidates if I think we won’t have enough time to assesses everyone and so our groups are always small and that helps with focus.

I knew you’d pass in one go Kelvin, your focus and dedication was admirable. It was a pleasure to have you at our training and see you move so smoothly through the process, despite travelling 1000s of miles from Oman to take the training and test, all within a week.
Kelvin used the online and virtual preparation course attending 5 days in person training with us.
He demonstrates the importance of good preparation for exam.

YES!! Our very brave midwife Mosu took her 5 day Midwifery OSCE training finishing on Friday and going to Northampton CTC on Saturday. She practiced hard at training repeating her skills and APIE patients until she was happy and went and smashed it in one go. 🎉🥳

Lovely week training last week Adult and Mental Health nurses who are on their journey to gaining their NMC Pins. We also had a midwife who passed today.
2 trainers each day were there each day to ensure we could cover everything, and we did easily.
Having enough trainers means we can cover all the subjects and have time to give thorough feedback and repeat skills when required. 🤩🤓
