Our children have learnt about and celebrated VE Day this week. Thank you so much to our Early Years parents who helped the children to look the part. We were also very lucky to have one of our Egremont relatives share her memories of the war! The children have loved learning to dance, sing along with Vera Lynn and play traditional games. A fabulous celebration!

Where is your favourite place to read? We’ve had some glorious sunshine and lots of children choosing to read with Miss McDerment in the playground. Our children also love to get comfy in the classroom for reading for pleasure!
