🍰Year 10 Hospitality & Catering 🍰

Year 10 hospitality and catering students recently completed their Bakewell Tart practical assessment, demonstrating key skills including shortcrust pastry making, blind baking, creaming method and feathered icing decoration 🍰

Students also completed a self and peer assessment to reflect on their successes and identify areas for further development. They should all be incredibly proud of the skills they are building, the effort and attitudes they have shown in perfecting their skills!
