How we brought Goole's story to life! 💡⛪

In collaboration with Leo & Hyde we created 'A Port in Green Fields', a projection led visual story inspired by Goole’s unique heritage as the UK’s inland port, born from fields and canals and shaped by 200 years of trade and community.

The 6-minute show transformed St John’s Church, unfolding six chapters that explore key moments in the town’s history. From its origins in marshland, to industrial growth, wartime contributions, and a future vision of sustainability 🌱 Accompanied by a musical narrative, each chapter guided the audience through 200 years of Goole’s journey, reflecting the town’s people, its port, and its role in shaping the local community and industry.

Our projections were paired with architectural lighting of the Salt and Pepper Pots, supported by Universal Live, and complemented by interactive light and sound (Pif-Paf Theatre ) and street theatre (Worldbeaters), creating an immersive town-centre experience of light, performance, and storytelling.
