As the Moon gradually covers over 93% of the Sun, we'll move through a grounding Solar Eclipse Yoga sequence designed to embrace balance, change and renewal.

Special solar eclipse viewing glasses will be available, so you'll be able to safely pause and witness this incredible event as it unfolds.

Although I know Outside the Cave isn't local to many of you, I wanted to share this because it's a place that's become incredibly special to me.

If it wasn't for Sara, there simply wouldn't have been the yoga or retreats that so many of you have come along to and loved.

Outside the Cave has been the starting point for us in creating & designing many of those retreats, as well as providing a beautiful, safe space where people have been able to switch off, reconnect, laugh, cry, breathe and just be.

Now they need our help.

Their roof has reached the point where it can no longer be repaired and needs replacing. They're asking if people can sponsor a slate, and even £1 will make a difference if enough of us get behind them.

No one loves a sunrise (or sunset!) more than we do... 🌅💛
So we managed to squeeze in a quick sunrise yoga session & dip this morning down in Amroth. Just the two of us, a couple of yoga mats, the sound of the sea, and the perfect way to welcome a new day.
Sometimes the best sessions aren't the biggest. They're the ones that remind you to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the simple moments.
With no yoga class for the next couple of weeks, consider this your little nudge to get yourself down to the beach. Watch a sunrise, catch a sunset, take a walk, have a swim, or simply sit and soak it all in. Your body and mind will thank you. 🌊☀️

Our May 2027 retreat is almost full, with just ONE space remaining! 💙

But because so many of you have asked, we’re doing it twice!! 🙌

🇪🇸 27th-31st May 2027 (one space remaining)

🇪🇸 8th-12th July 2027 (3 spaces left)

We’re off to the beautiful Costa Blanca, staying in a luxury, contemporary villa just moments from the beach AND we have our very own heated, saltwater pool 😍 Expect rooftop yoga overlooking the Mediterranean, nourishing meals, movement, meditation and plenty of time to simply slow down.

These retreats are never just about yoga.

They’re about stepping away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnecting with yourself, sharing laughter with incredible people, watching the sunrise over the sea, and remembering what it feels like to truly relax.

If you’ve been thinking, “Maybe this is the year I finally do something for me,” I’d love to tell you more.
