Saturday 1:30pm & 2:30pm

We take children from 3yrs up, we offer lessons for the complete non-swimmer to advanced stroke development, (Swim England Stages 1 -10) lessons cost from £80 per 10 week course, all our beginners and intermediate groups have two members of teaching staff in the water.

Aquastar swimming school is your local family run business based at St Wilfrids Featherstone giving your children “A Skill For Life” since 2002.

All our swimming instructors are qualified to SEQ level 2 standard or STA equivalent with over 100 years combined teaching experience. You can feel secure in the knowledge that your children are in safe hands and learning from the experts.

We are a Swim England swim school member, giving our parents and swimmers the peace of mind that we have the backing of the National Governing Body for swimming.

At Aquastar we run different class levels at the same time, this means that wherever possible, siblings of different abilities can swim at the same time.

We offer classes and 1-2-1 lessons for the complete non-swimmer to advanced and competitive, (Swim England Stages 1-10) lessons last 30mins and are booked on a 10 week course basis.

We take children from 3yrs up, we have two members of teaching staff in the water in all our beginners and intermediate groups.

Lots of stalls will be attending this avent and a visit from main man himself 🎅

We’re having to cancel the Thornes Park Fireworks planned for Saturday 4 November.

The heavy rain we’ve had, and are still having, has made the site too unsafe for the event.

It’s really disappointing and we’re sorry to let you down. But safety comes first.

🕚 It all kicks off at 11:00 a.m., and the outdoor cinema will keep the thrills going until 6 or 7 p.m., depending on how many ghouls and goblins show up! 🍿👻

Our fantastic inflatables will be up and running from around 10 a.m. and will stay inflated until 5 or 6 p.m., coinciding with shop closing times. 🌟🏰
