At the start of January we gathered as a team for our annual away morning. This was an invaluable opportunity for us to reflect on what we achieved in 2025 and what our objectives for 2026 are.

If you've worked with us you know we are a team of passionate, creative and driven people, united by our commitment to improving lives. A key topic of discussion at our away day was the importance of delivering impact. Knowing what's important for the organisations we work with and delivering this is something we pride ourselves on.

Images 2 & 3: In the run up to their Trust conference we worked closely with Ethos Academy Trust to support them in creating a day that celebrated their vision and launched their new development plan.

Image 4: We have transformed learning environments such as this one for Connah's Quay High School / Ysgol Uwchradd Cei Connah!

Image 6: We produced unique materials to support academies in welcoming new pupils, one of our favourites has been this nursery welcome pack for Holy Spirit Catholic Academy (St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust).
