It’s has been art week in Barnsley! We’ve created some master pieces on paper and also put art into our singing and movement during circle time! Such a fun week 🎨 🌈

It's puppet week! We started our day with a story and song about rumplestiltskin, we then made our own puppets and sung a song with them. 🎭

Under the sea!! Lots of ocean based activities today... We also had a spontaneous talent show! It was lovely to see everyone's singing, dancing, ball tricks, jokes and much more 🎉 a great first week 🤩

Stride delivers Drama Enrichment sessions to Camphill Wakefield, the students recreated the story ‘Sharing a Shell’ they were absolutely fantastic! 🐚 🧡

Tonight we wished a fond farewell to our lovely member Zane, he has been with Stride for 9 years! Every Thursday, he brought energy, laughter and personality. His love of musical theatre shone through in everything he did, whether he was playing a prince, a king, a villain or his favourite celebrity. His cheeky sense of humour, flirtatious charm, kindness and friendship made him a joy to be around. Thank you for all the smiles, unforgettable performances and wonderful memories you’ve given us Zane. Stride won’t be the same without you, but we know you’ll continue to shine wherever life takes you. We wish you every happiness and success in your next adventure – we’ll miss you so much ❤️
