** Fully-funded early years SEND training: build confidence and strengthen inclusion **

As the number of children with SEND in early years continues to grow, having the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide genuinely inclusive experiences is more important than ever.

Early Years Alliance are proud to partner with Dingley's Promise to share a new opportunity for early years educators across England to access high-quality, fully-funded SEND training. This new training programme has been designed to give educators practical support to help them create environments where every child can thrive.

Funded by the Department for Education, the programme brings together three in-depth online courses covering key areas of inclusive practice:

- Foundations of Inclusive Practice
- Embedding Inclusive Practice
- Parent Partnerships

The courses are suitable for educators at all levels and across all types of early years provision, including childminders. They are delivered online, allowing educators to learn flexibly around their existing commitments, with no cost to educators or their settings.

Dingley’s Promise have more than 40 years’ experience supporting children with SEND in the early years and has trained more than 35,000 educators across England in the past five years. This programme brings that expertise directly to the early years workforce, providing practical tools and strategies to strengthen inclusive practice.

As a designated Partner Setting, we will play an important role in working collaboratively with the Hub, sharing effective approaches and supporting professional learning and development across the early years sector.

Super excited for our Polydron and Educational Advantage kindermag set ❤️

Here at Park View HQ, we have been wanting a very safe magnet construction set for a very long time, but we have always been worried about the safety of small magnets for young children.

After visiting the YPO Early years up north event recently, I had the chance to speak at length with a representetive of Polydron uk.

I wanted to understand more about the safety and testing of this product and was very happy to hear its safe for 12months plus.

The kindermag tiles have a fully enclosed design that has been rigorously tested making it suitable for this age group so children are unable to get into the tiles to remove magnets.

Many other brands are only suitable from 3 years, which is why we held off for so long as we have a mixed age cohort.

They are beautifully made too, and the children will be so excited to get their hands on these to create and explore.....let the magic begin ❤️
