Not often you’ll see me on a 6:30am class but while coach Dan takes a well earned rest here I am sharing the 16 years of Jiu Jitsu I have 🥋
Teaching Children is more than just showing techniques. I like to always finish parts of the session and ask them questions to make sure they stay engaged and build confidence on being able to answer question with adults 🥋

Children and adults when they first start Jiu Jitsu struggle to retain knowledge. Learning techniques that have 5+ stages at the beginning simply won’t stick when under pressure or partner is putting resistance
The beauty about these techniques is they have only a few stages and they all require minimal movement from original position to make them work!

We will have classes split across all age groups and abilities. Our programme is specifically designed to create a fun and engaging learning environment while still focusing on progression in our juniors 🌟
