Tickets for our popular summer camp are on sale now! We are pleased to be able to bring Forest School to the HEART of Barnsley, at our venue at Hunningley Primary Academy!

Come for a day or all six weeks, for a child-led, SEND friendly Forest school, full of crafts, activities, games and fun

The best thing? Your children are outdoors, in the sunshine in a safe environment to grow, play and learn new skills - all without a screen in sight!

Tickets are first come, first served and when they're gone, they're gone!

We're proud that we can offer 20 free places Every day over the summer holidays.
If you want to guarantee a place, join our waitlist via our booking partners, and we will email you with an invitation to book when we go live.
Places on our funded camp and strictly first come, first served and when they're gone.. they're gone!
If you miss the funded places, you can always book in via our paid for tickets.
Children are eligible for free tickets if resident and educated in the Barnsley Borough.

Day four!
It was our final day today. A cooler dry day, with lots of fun and games.
Thank you to everyone who attended. Bookings for our summer camp will open on the 8th June.

Day Three
Start the day right. With a thunder battle!
We've done all sorts today. Our morning was contained in the hall due to the lightning, but when the sun came out so did we!
Lots of crafts, tree climbing and Rosie teaching the kids to dance!

Day TWO
Phew! Not as hot!
The kids have been amazing today with tree climbing, axe throwing and lots and lots of crafts!

Day one of spring bank!
PHEW. It was HOT
We decided early on that today was a chilled out day, with activities to suit the weather.
It's so good to be back!
We have a few spaces left for the end of the week

🔥 Holiday Camp Update 🔥
As much as we all love toasted marshmallows and a good campfire, during this heatwave we’ll be pressing pause on fires at Yorkshire Yorkshire Wildlings CIC🌲☀️

🌳 Part of being Forest School Leader is teaching children to respect and care for the woods — lighting a fire in the daytime, in a hot, dry woodland in a heatwave, just isn't safe for the woods or us!

Don’t worry though… we’ll still be bringing the fun with some awesome activities and ways to keep cool!🧊

If your joining us next week, please ensure your child has a water bottle, and has suncream applied before the join us in the morning. A sunhat is also essential 🤠 ☀️ 🧃
