doesn't stop just because it's . I worked with a couple of boys this morning on writing skills. We channelled our inner , writing diary entries about yesterday's awful crash at the Olympics. I think it's really important to focus on topics which are relevant and current to support engagement! Check out their wonderful writing below! I know I have been quiet so just wanted to update you. I am continuing to provide online learning opportunities for pupils already on my books, but am not currently taking on any new clients. While many schools are closed, mine remains open as I work in a Special Educational Needs unit. However, I do have a waiting list, so please do reach out if you are in need of support. Meanwhile, my top tips for home-schooling are:
Do what you can
Be proud of what you do
Don't sweat the small stuff
Set small, manageable targets
Reward yourself regularly
Take plenty of movement breaks!
