T-Level Eduaction and Early Years, year 2 participated in an outdoor learning session inspired by the Forest School approach, led by a FS leader. This outdoor session supported knowledge and skills within Performance Outcome 1, skills such as collaboration, active listening, problem solving and imagination were demonstrated by learners. Lots of fun had by many, including Sneezy the dragon! πEducation
The first year T-Levels for Education and Early Years have been learning about a range of occupations within the sector (Element 1: Wider Context). They have listened intently to a childminder guest speaker and asked questions to extend their knowledge and understanding of the role and responsibilities. They have also been working collaboratively to create their own collage occupations and used digital skills to create occupation road maps for their own career aspirations. They will be continuing their learning during further guest speakers that include a nanny, an early years educator and a senior children's library officer.
Well done to all our Care & Early years learners ππ
