Here’s our post-training look. A bit sweaty, a bit tired, but feeling like champions anyway. 😂✨

This is what we LOVE to see. The dojo FULL of energy and effort!
Everyone is in their own zone, getting work done.
Some are smashing kettlebells 💥
Some are going hard with medicine balls 😅
Some are skipping like it is their personal cardio mission 🪢
And others are working the punching bags like they owe them money 😂🥊
It is one of those moments where you just stop and think WOW, look at this place go 🔥
We’ve all had sessions where we just try to keep up but this is next level effort from everyone 🙌

Honestly, we are SO proud of every single student receiving theirs 💛👏
We know the effort it takes, the early moments of doubt, the shaky first attempts, and then suddenly you get better at it! 😅💪
And that’s what makes this moment even better.

High grade kick-boxers, and last grading of the day!
There’s never a grading quite like a high grade one. There’s more to cover, not just techniques and combinations, but pad work, defence, and floor work too.
Our high grade kick-boxers put everything they had into their grading today, well done!

Low grade kickboxing is done!
Absolutely smashed out this grading, the energy and effort was amazing. Everyone worked so hard and definitely accomplished what they came to do!

White belt grading!
The first grading is always the hardest! Why? Because you don’t know what to expect! It’s intense, you over work, you give it so much more than any lesson you’ve ever done, you WANT that red belt!
Today our white belts successfully earned their red belts with ease. Hard work pays off!

Junior kickboxers have absolutely smashed it!
This day gone from strength to strength! The effort, the power, the determination seen today has been outstanding! Mrs Walker couldn’t help but tell our students just how brilliant they are, and if Mrs Walker says so, it has to be true!
