AlverFest is just around the corner, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make the day a fantastic success.

Whether you can spare an hour or stay for longer, every bit of help makes a huge difference.

Sports Day Refreshments & Alverfest Raffle Tickets

Refreshments will be available again tomorrow outside the classrooms near the top gate before both the morning and afternoon Sports Day sessions.

Please remember to bring some change, as it is cash only.

Alverfest raffle tickets will also be on sale.

Frozen Fridays start tomorrow and frozen treats will be available to buy after school.

🏅 Sports Day! 🏅

Join us on Monday 15th June at 9:15am for Nursery and Reception.
Then from 1:30pm for Year 1 and Year 2.

Followed by Tuesday 16th June at 9:15am for Year 3 and Year 4.
Then from 1:30pm Year 5 and Year 6

This year, we will be serving refreshments, so please make sure to bring some change.

We will also be selling raffle tickets ahead of Alverfest, so get yours early and don’t miss out on the chance to win some amazing prizes!

Our next PTA meeting will take place at the school on Tuesday 16th June at 5:15pm.

As we make the final preparations for Alverfest 2026, we're looking for volunteers and new PTA members to help make the event a success.

Whether you can spare a little time to help at the event, would like to get involved with future fundraising activities or are interested in joining the PTA, we'd love to hear from you.

Thank you for helping us create fantastic opportunities and experiences for the children at Alverthorpe St Paul's.

We put out a call for crafters, makers, sellers, and small businesses to join us at this year's Alverfest School Fair... and the response has been fantastic! 🎉

We're delighted to have booked a wonderful selection of local businesses, all bringing their unique products, gifts, crafts and services to the event.

By joining us on Saturday 27th June 2026, you'll not only be supporting Alverthorpe St Paul's C.E. VA School, but you'll also be supporting some amazing local independent businesses from our community. ❤️

World Cup / Non-Uniform Day – Thursday 11th June! ⚽

To celebrate, children are invited to come to school in their favourite football kit or non-uniform.

We would also be grateful for a donation to support our Alverfest Festival.

Please bring either:

A jar filled with sweets (for our jar bar), or
A tombola prize
