Nemo has officially moved in and is already settling into life at Lavender House! 💜🏡
And because apparently fish weren’t enough excitement for one week… the Highland Cow also went on a Starbucks trip! 😂🐮☕
Disclaimer: it was the teddy Highland Cow… although we’re sure the real thing would have enjoyed a Frappuccino too! 🤣

A very special day for one of our young people 🤎🌿

This week, she’s been busy helping the lovely team at MOSS by WILD prepare for their first ever pop-up stall at Farmer Copleys!

She has been completing work experience at MOSS every week and has become such a special and valued member of their team. From helping behind the scenes to getting everything ready for this exciting milestone, she has thrown herself into every task with so much enthusiasm, care and confidence.

It’s been wonderful watching her grow in independence, learn new skills and become part of a real working environment where she is genuinely appreciated for everything she brings.

The team at MOSS say she’s been absolutely amazing, and they couldn’t imagine their weeks without her now! 🌿

Today, we had the chance to experience the incredible solar eclipse together! 🌞🌘
With safety at the forefront, we made our very own pinhole projectors and used them to safely observe the eclipse without looking directly at the Sun. 🔭🌌
It was brilliant to see curiosity, excitement and plenty of questions as we took a moment to appreciate something pretty amazing happening right above us! 🌍💫
Another opportunity to learn, explore and create a Brighter Tomorrow through shared experiences. 🧡

🏎️💨 Creating another positive first memory! 💨🏎️
Today was all about fun, laughter and making memories as we enjoyed a brilliant trip out go-karting with our young person! 🏁❤️
It was fantastic to see them getting stuck into the activity, embracing the excitement and having plenty of fun along the way. Manager Stacy joined in too, creating lots of laughs and a relaxed atmosphere where our young person could simply enjoy themselves, feel valued and spend quality time with the people supporting them. 🥰
These experiences are about so much more than the activity itself — they’re opportunities to build trust, strengthen relationships, try new things and create positive memories that can last a lifetime. ✨
