🌿✨ INTRODUCING KESWICK ROAD’S NEW ZEN DEN! ✨🌿

A little bit of greenery, a whole lot of cosy and plenty of GOOD VIBES! 🪴🤍

We’ve been busy transforming one of our spaces into the ultimate Zen Den – a calming, cosy retreat where our young people can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life! 💚

From soft furnishings and twinkling lights to calming colours and cosy corners, every little detail has been thought about to create a space that feels safe, peaceful and welcoming. 🕯️🌱

Whether it’s taking five minutes to regulate those big emotions, enjoying some quiet time, having a heart-to-heart or simply curling up and relaxing, this space is all about promoting emotional wellbeing, comfort and a sense of calm. 🫶

Because at Keswick Road, we know that sometimes the smallest spaces can make the BIGGEST difference! 💚

New room, new vibes, same Keswick Road love! 🏡✨

☕🎶 COFFEE, ACOUSTIC MUSIC & GOOD VIBES! 🎶☕

What better way to spend a Thursday evening?! 🤩

Yesterday, one of our young people, who previously completed work experience at MOSS by WILD, returned to the workplace for a very special occasion… Ray Walton’s Single Release Party! 🎤🎸

An evening filled with coffee, live acoustic music and a lovely atmosphere! ☕💗

It’s fantastic to see our young person continuing to build positive connections with a workplace where they’ve previously gained valuable experience and made memories! 🥰

Great music, great company and a great Thursday evening! ✨🎶

Who knew looking after your teeth could be so entertaining?! 💜🤣

A little friendly competition, lots of laughter and some VERY questionable smiles! 😬🦷

Making everyday life skills fun, one pearly white at a time! 🪥✨

💅💕 Nails, food & a good old catch-up! 🍽️✨

A little pamper session for one of our lovely young people at Hardwick House, joined by Deputy Manager Lucy for some quality one-to-one time! 🥰

Fresh nails followed by a lovely meal out and plenty of chatting! 💖

Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most — making memories, building relationships and enjoying time together! 🫶✨

🌟💈 FIRST ASSESSMENT SMASHED! 💈🌟
A HUGE well done to our young person from Keswick Road, who has completed her very first practical assessment at college! 👏🥹

Studying barbering, she welcomed her first client (Team Leader, Tracy) into the salon, completed a professional consultation, washed and conditioned their hair using the correct techniques and finished off with a fabulous blow-dry! ✂️✨

And it wasn’t just about the practical skills! When her assessor asked questions throughout, she confidently demonstrated her knowledge and understanding too. 🙌

Watching our young people discover what they enjoy, develop new skills and grow in confidence is exactly what it’s all about. 🩷

From having an interest in barbering to now completing her first college assessment – we couldn’t be prouder!

Keep going, superstar! ⭐
This is only the beginning… 💈✂️🩷

🌟 HERE’S TO THE MANAGERS! 🌟

Our social media is often filled with the achievements of our incredible young people and the amazing staff who support them — and rightly so! 💗

But behind every home, every team, every achievement, every challenge overcome and every bit of progress… there are managers working tirelessly behind the scenes.

So today, this one is for you! 🫶

The feedback says it all.

You’ve been described as approachable, supportive, knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated, fun, inspiring and incredible leaders.

You’ve given people opportunities, believed in them when they didn’t necessarily believe in themselves, supported them through difficult days, challenged them to grow and helped shape people into the leaders they are today.

You’ve jumped on shifts, given up weekends, answered endless questions, dealt with the things nobody else sees, kept homes running, supported young people, developed teams and somehow still found time for a laugh along the way! 😂💗

Some of the loveliest feedback was simply about the difference you have made to people — professionally and personally.

Strong managers don’t just build strong homes.

They build strong teams, develop future leaders and create environments where young people can thrive. 🌱✨

So here’s to the managers of Keswick Care — for the big things, the little things and everything you do behind the scenes that doesn’t always get seen.

Today, we see you. 🫶

Thank you for believing.
Thank you for challenging.
Thank you for supporting.
Thank you for leading.

And most importantly…

Thank you for making a difference every single day. 💗🌟

🌊 SEASIDE FUN & ONE VERY LARGE PASSENGER! 🐸😂

Nothing beats a trip to the seaside! 🌊🎡

One of our young people enjoyed a brilliant day out filled with arcades, seaside food, plenty of fun and, most importantly… a new friend! 🐸💚

After trying her luck, she managed to win a GIANT frog teddy — literally about the size of a human! 😂🏆 And apparently, when you’re that big, you don’t travel in the back… Mr Frog even decided to take a turn in the driver’s seat! 🚗🐸 Whoops! 😂

Days like these are what it’s all about — getting out, having fun, enjoying new experiences and making memories (even if those memories now include transporting an enormous frog home! 🤣).

A fantastic seaside day with plenty of smiles… and one unexpected new member of the household! 💚🌊

🧗 REACHING NEW HEIGHTS! ⭐

One of our young people has been putting their strength, confidence and determination to the test with a fantastic indoor rock-climbing session! 💪🧗

Activities like this are about so much more than reaching the top. They provide opportunities to try something challenging, problem-solve, build resilience and develop confidence — all while having plenty of fun along the way!

Every new hold is a decision, every move is progress, and every climb is something to be proud of. ❤️

At Keswick Care, we love giving our young people opportunities to explore new activities, discover what they enjoy and create positive memories through experiences that encourage them to believe in themselves.

Keep climbing, keep challenging yourself and keep reaching higher! 🧗‍♂️✨

🌟🏡 MONTHLY SHOUT OUT — KESWICK ROAD! 🏡🌟

Each month, our Registered Manager chooses their monthly shout outs — an opportunity to personally recognise the people, achievements, progress and special moments that have stood out within the home. 💙

And this month, it has been Registered Manager Robyn, shouting out for her team! 🙌.

Another month of outstanding outcomes, big memories and plenty to celebrate! 🌟
