🎓✨ A Magical Graduation Under Our Willow Tree ✨🎓

What a truly special day we had celebrating our wonderful Pre-School graduates! 💛

Our beautiful willow tree was transformed into a graduation tree, creating the most magical setting for such an important milestone. 🌿✨

The celebrations were filled with smiles, laughter and plenty of special memories, with fantastic entertainment from Mr Merlin, a delicious ice cream bar 🍦, and, of course, our very special graduation presentation. 🎓

We have loved watching them grow, learn, laugh and flourish, and we couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them. 🌟

A huge thank you to all our wonderful families for joining us and helping to make the day so memorable.

Thank you to everyone who entered our Sunflower Competition! 🌻

We were blown away by all the fantastic entries and absolutely loved seeing the children's beautiful sunflowers.

A huge well done to our amazing team 🎉

Today we had our unannounced Food Hygiene inspection , and we're delighted to share that we achieved a 5! 🌟

This is a fantastic achievement and reflects everyone's hard work, dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest standards every single day.

A special thank you goes to our incredible chef Kathrynn, for all her hard work, commitment, passion and dedication, she truly is amazing and makes delicious, nutritious meals for all our children 👩‍🍳

💚 People create culture. Culture shapes childhood 💚

One of the things that makes Verwood Day Nursery so special is the consistency, experience and dedication of our team.

We are proud to have 25 passionate staff, ranging in age from 16 to over 70, bringing together fresh ideas, enthusiasm, experience and wisdom. Together, six members of our team have dedicated an incredible 76 years of service to our nursery, with one colleague having been part of our family for more than 21 years.

We believe this stability is one of our greatest strengths. Children thrive when they are surrounded by familiar faces, trusted relationships and caring adults who know them well. Families benefit from seeing the same friendly team each day, building lasting relationships based on trust and continuity.

Every member of our team plays an important part in creating the warm, nurturing environment we're so proud of. Their commitment, kindness and professionalism are the foundations of our nursery and the reason so many children flourish here.

It's not just the years of service we're celebrating—it's the culture those years have helped to create. 💚

At Verwood Day Nursery, the culture we create every day shapes the experiences our children have. Through warm, respectful relationships and positive role modelling, children learn that kindness, empathy and respect are part of everyday life.

We were incredibly proud that our recent Ofsted inspection recognised this, commenting that:
