Important Update

I just want to let everyone know that I’ve had to temporarily close for health reasons.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it’s the right one at the moment. I’d like to sincerely thank all of my customers — past and present — for your support, kindness, and understanding. It truly means more than I can put into words.

I’ll share an update as soon as I’m able to, and I’m really grateful for the patience and goodwill shown during this time.

Yes, that really is Martin Clunes in the photo!

Back in the late 90s, I was working as an HGV instructor with Wallace School of Transport, while also running my own driving school. During that time, Martin came for HGV training to prepare for a BBC documentary with the Born Free Foundation.

He needed to learn to drive a lorry safely because he was heading to Kenya to help relocate Nina — a 26-year-old elephant who had lived her whole life in captivity — back into the wild.

It was an unforgettable experience and one of the standout moments of my instructing career. Amazing to think how far good driver training can take you… sometimes all the way to an elephant rescue mission!
