As part of.our monthly theme - healthy eating , Young Eagles have been cooking ,preparing healthy smoothie for.their morning snack using spinach and bananas .
Children were developing turn taking , learning to cut whilst holding the knife the correct way .
Children had fun tasting their.smoothies !

School Readiness
It is science time
Young Eagles have been participating in a Volcano -Lava experiment , children were developing turn taking , waiting their turn patiently,as addition to that preschool have been developing mathematical and wow language such as bicarbonate soda, vinegar , measuring jug , lava is hot, erupt.
We had a lot of fun !!

WELCOME TO OUR CM C Hair Salon
Young Eagles have been learning how to be a hairdresser and what is the difference between hairdresser and hairstylist .
Children were developing turn taking , we were learning to wash customers hair correctly , how to use a hairdryer and hairdressing equipment such as hair straighteners.

We have had such a fun week whilst creating a lot of fun activities such as :

Today in little blessings we have been enjoying finding the snow animals in ice , we have been using our motor skills to hold the hammer and using our strength to break the ice, we have also been using our hands to feel the cold ice and looking at the animals that are still frozen. We have been talking about what animals we found ( penguins, snow wolf, snow rabbit and snow leopard).❤️

Young Eagles are preparing themselves for the upcoming Chinese New Year.
Children have been making a Chinese flag and learning the name of the capital - Beijing .
We also were practicing our handwriting and wow words such as Lunar Year , snake ,Dragon , Beijing,China .,Chinatown

As part of the school readiness programme , Young Eagles have been practicing handwriting in their books .
Children were developing writing their names, numbers, letters, words of interests , theme learning words and developing their skills whilst writing on the line .Great effort from all school leavers - we are proud of them!

As part of the children interest into cooking, and request,Young Eagles were making their own pizza with their favourite toppings.Children were developing turn taking whilst waiting patiently ,.
Preschool were developing their knowledge such as,where do pizza come from and what kind of ingredients do we use to make a dough .

As part of School Readiness, Young Eagles have started a new project called "Book Hospital" .
Children are going to learn the importance of looking after books and how can we fix broken books.
