Mixed Media Frame Art - Part:1 - Here I’m using on a mixed media art board from - There’s no firm plan here, although my main aim was to utilise the broad flat nib of these markets to make the lines, and I’m building up random colours and sizes until I’m happy with it. They blend well, too.
I have given my craft trolley a clear-out! I sold a load of bits I didn’t want anymore, on eBay, and just generally had a sort through, getting rid of bits of paper and old rubbish that always gets collected! I’m ready to take on my scrapbooking again - and I’m starting with my two holiday albums from 2018! Trolley is from Hobbycraft

🌸💕🌿Here is my flower pressing process! I thought it would be fun to show how I do it. First I removed the leaves from the press. Each layer is then built up with different flowers in each layer. They are covered with blotting paper, then card. I use tweezers to arrange some of the smaller ones, and to make sure the leaves, stems and flowers are generally facing the right way, to get a nice press. They will be ready in about 6 weeks. I can’t wait to see them! P.S. The press is the ‘Giant Flower Press’ by Peak Dale Products

I made these filler, title and journal cards from the watercolour paper. I used a combination of stickers, alphas and chipboard stickers from Pink Paislee and Shimelle 💕🧡💕
💕I love spending time using watercolours! I actually should be stretching the canvas (paper) but I’m a bit impatient 😝 This will dry warped but I will be framing it when it’s fully complete, so it will flatten out.
