Today Christians in the West celebrate Ash Wednesday at the beginning of the 40 days of Lent. The message of today is simple: we all were created from the soil of this earth by loving God as God's image and likeness. We start a 40 day of a spiritual journey to renew our relationship with God, our Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer.
