A Huge Thank You! β¨π¨
During ELSA sessions with Miss Matthews, students have been exploring their creative side through paint-by-numbers activities. These sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for students to relax, focus, and support their wellbeing through creativity.
Miss Matthews was so impressed with the quality of the kits that she contacted artist Bree Merryn to share how much our students were enjoying them. Bree and her team were equally impressed by the support that Thomas Alleyne's provides for its students and kindly reached out to their supplier, .
We are incredibly grateful that Hello Crafts has generously gifted our school a number of paint-by-numbers kits and diamond art sets for our students to enjoy.
On behalf of everyone at Thomas Alleyne's, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Bree Merryn, her team, and Hello Crafts for their kindness and generosity. Activities such as these have a positive impact on students' wellbeing, helping them to develop mindfulness, confidence, and creativity, while providing a calming and enjoyable experience.
Our students are absolutely thrilled with the donation, and we can't wait to see the fantastic creations they produce!
Thank you for supporting the wellbeing of our young people π

A great first photo of the cast for this year's production of Sister Act! π
We can't wait to welcome our new Year 8's into the cast. School productions are always a fantastic opportunity to make new friends, develop confidence and be part of something special, and we're looking forward to seeing what they bring to the show.
We are also looking forward to getting started properly as rehearsals begin in earnest. Named roles will be announced soon, so keep an eye on this page for further updates!
There is plenty of hard work ahead, but we're excited to get started and can't wait to see this production come together over the coming months π

Last week, Mrs Heywood and Mr Curtis, Chair of Governors, had the pleasure of meeting with a group of exceptional students to congratulate them on achieving over 350 reward points and reaching Governor Recognition Level β the highest level within our recognition system β
Students heard from Mr Curtis about the importance of their achievement and were presented with a trophy and a book to mark this significant milestone. Reaching this level requires sustained commitment, excellent conduct and a positive contribution to school life, making it a truly outstanding accomplishment.
We are incredibly proud of each of these students and all they have achieved. Their hard work, dedication and positive attitude serve as an excellent example to others across the school community. They should be extremely proud of themselves π
