Big news in the background this week! I'm working towards CPD Standards accreditation for our training programmes with CPD Standards Office. 📚✅

Now, some of you may know that we already hold CPD accreditation for some of our courses, and we're incredibly proud of that. But this is the next step. This is about bringing all of our courses under that same recognised standard.

I want to be really transparent about why this matters to me, because it's not just a badge on a website.

The training industry is full of brilliant people, but it's also full of noise. CPD accreditation is how we set ourselves apart. It's a rigorous, independent process that shines a light on the quality and standard of what we deliver, and I'm proud to go through it.

Our learners deserve training that's been held to the highest standard. The businesses and organisations who invest in our training deserve to know that investment is in something excellent. deserve to know the investment they're making is in something excellent. And our team deserves to have that excellence recognised.

This is about more than a certificate or badge. It's about accountability to the people we serve.
