We massaged baby’s face and back today as well as learnt some ‘gentle movements’ which massages the stomach, the pelvis and helps aligning the spine.

A lovely hour spent massaging baby’s chest, arms and hands. Calmness and love would best describe today’s class.
Babies were very content, staring into their mamas eyes during the massage with such awe and love. Mamas were sharing their birth stories with each other, which was lovely to be a part of. My class is always a safe place to share and to be heard 🤍

Tummy massage Tuesday 🥰

The tummy massage technique is an amazing tool to have when you want to help your baby with wind, colic or constipation. It’s the best feeling when you see that the strokes are making a difference and baby is much happier ☺️

Adorable tootsies 👣

A gorgeous bunch of babies and mamas have started their baby massage journey with me today. I love how conversations were flowing as if these mums have known each other already😊
The little ones are absolute cuties, some of them loved the massage from start to finish and some preferred a cuddle with their mama or enjoyed a feed. These are all perfectly fine during a class as my classes are always baby led. It also shows that mamas are perfectly in tune with their baby’s needs and reading their cues.

The strokes are always repeated the following week as well as learning new strokes so you won’t ever miss out. ☺️

Helps both baby and parent to relax. Encourages baby to sleep deeper and longer. Improves colic and constipation and calms irritable babies. It helps with reflux and boosts immunity. (Just to mention a few)

Today was our final class of the 4 week course. Can’t believe how quickly the course flew by.

We massaged baby’s face and back and repeated all the strokes for the other body parts too.

The back massage is usually very pleasurable for the babies and also a great opportunity for tummy time whilst the strokes for the face can help relieve teething pain.

Our second week was all about tummy massage, colic routine and recapping on the legs and feet strokes.

By learning baby massage, you learn the correct techniques to calm, soothe and relieve your baby.
It helps relieve the most common problems faced in the first year of parenthood, such as gas/wind, constipation, sleep, colic and reflux.

All those funny noises are soon to follow a stomach massage, but they are just proof that the strokes are really working. 💨😁

Hello April and welcome little ones ☺️ 👶🏼

What a great start to the new 4 week baby massage course at the most perfect venue 💞

The first class is always one of my favourite as I get to meet a bunch of beautiful and adorable babies and their lovely mamas. At a new class, we get to know each other with the new group in a very relaxing environment where everyone is heard and valued 🤍

The babies were very calm and ready for their massage. Lots of eye contact, lovely gurgling sounds & smiles, and of course a snooze 😴☺️
