When you sign your friend/ client up for a 5k because you’re ever so kind…
It’d really cheer me up after a few days of an awful stomach virus if folks would sponsor us.. and let’s face it Kerry’s had months of battle ropes/ 8am road runs and burpees with me… worked her but off in sessions… she defo deserves the encouragement.. so chuck us a quid or two if you can.. Feeling nostalgic ✨

As many of the Little’s from when I launched the buggy bootcamp in Uppingham start school this week and next I’d just like to wish them all huge luck with this next stage.

It’s been a minute.. but here goes.. back to online PT’ing from next week.
Equally excited about work yet nervous about the mum juggle ahead. Beatrix is excited to have some quality nana time when I’m teaching and I’m keeping everything crossed that it’ll all muddle along just fine..🫣🤞🏼
All the digital slots I’ve opened up are already spoken for which is incredible. Face to face clients I’ll be in touch in spring with availability.

Thanks for all the well wishes from clients, friends and family during this huge transitional time for us as a family- it means a lot to have so much support.
