*October half term revision week*

The schedule is now ready for year 11 to secure their space for this comprehensive package that covers all 3 subjects!

Our usual evening sessions are NOT running w/b 26/10. This is our alternative offering. And it is EPIC.

5 hours of Maths revision over 4 days, will see us covering 60 different topics for just £60 (this is sold as a block). Separate questions for foundation and higher, so it’s suitable for all!
These sessions will be very different from our usual deep dive lessons. Pacy, fun, revise together to succeed together!

Science £20 per session
Biology - transporting substances and osmosis practical
Chemistry - preparing salts and solubility graphing
Physics - motion, force and acceleration practical

English Literature £20 per session (please note your child will only be studying 3 of these)
1 session each on the core texts.
Macbeth
An inspector Calls
Jekyll and Hyde
A Christmas Carol

For the 5th year running, we have kept our revision prices the same.
As always if you book all relevant sessions the price is reduced to £150 from £180.

On Friday, I received this message from the mum of a girl I teach. What a wonderful way to start my weekend 😍

Tbh I was feeling a bit under the weather (September school germs!) so it really made my day.

Imagine going from 5% to a grade 5 in just a few months!

Now I can’t take all the credit, she has worked hard, but mum is spot on. What I did was gave her the belief that she could do it. Now she has the proof that she can!

All I can say is grade 6 we are coming for you 👊🏻

No one is more stressed than the mum of a Year 11 boy who’s smart enough to do well, but would rather be on the PlayStation than prove it.

It’s not laziness. It’s that nobody outside your four walls has made it matter to him yet, and you can’t be mum and enforcer at the same time without a fight most nights.

That’s not a you problem. It’s what a small group and a tutor who isn’t you actually fixes: he shows up because three other kids are showing up too, and it stops being a battle with you.

‘The grade boundaries moved’ 😱… relax! This isn’t exam boards moving the goalposts, it’s how they keep grades fair year to year.

What actually protects your child isn’t knowing last year’s number, it’s having enough wriggle room that it doesn’t matter where the boundary lands. Move yourself away from the danger zone so that it doesn’t matter to you.

That’s the bit we focus on. Working methodically all year to give familles some calm peace of mind around exam time.

I know it’s because I’m a teacher but I just love the excitement of September.
The new uniforms, shoes, stationery. But most of all an opportunity to start over.
Had a bad year, leave it behind you and go get this one like a boss.
I am such a hype girl, I love encouraging all the people in my life to be the best version of themselves.
Stay in the game folks. We either winning or learning, that’s the game of life.
Academic year 26/27 we are coming for you 👊🏻

Oh WHAT A DAY! I’ve been at my desk since 8am, it’s now 4pm and I’m still in my PJs 🫣

Still on the fence about small group tuition??

Harvey went from a U to a 4!
Jack a 2 to a 5!
Ethan 5 marks off a 9 and earned a scholarship to Brentwood!
Ioannis had to be convinced to resit… then loved the lessons so much and got a 6!
Lila moved from a 5/6 to a 7/8. Says it was “all down to the tutorials”
George any Harry “exceeding teacher expectations”

There are so many more success stories rolling in today. A few near misses that are going back for a remark. And we are praying they get the result they need.

But no matter what happens, we are proud of all of these young people. Who showed up for themselves every week, working for what they wanted.

They have given themselves evidence that they CAN do hard things when times get tough. That resilience is character building and they take with them as they take the next step on their journey.

Class of 2026… you have been incredible and we are privileged to have been a part of your journey. Thank you 😊
