So what’s actually included in the Linchpin Founding Cohort?

A full Linchpin programme with 18 weeks of content (plus a little bit extra) and 12 months of live coaching, although you also get private coaching with your cohort only, meaning you have access to Barry weekly.

There’s accountability check-ins every 8 weeks to make sure you are implementing what you’re learning.

As is the same with any other Linchpin Programme, there is one in-person day where we all step out of zoom and connect with eachother in real life.

One of the best additions for this cohort is progress tracking! Barry wants to track your emotional state, your personal and professional life and your finances, to visualise the differences the course will make.

And at the end … a small group of you will have the opportunity to join The Confident Dentist Academy as trainee coaches, with a vision to join Barry in coaching other Linchpin delegates.

Same price as standard Linchpin. Same framework. But founding members also get coaching with me every week, tracked progress every month so you can actually see what’s shifting, and the option to train as a Confident Dentist coach at the end of the year.

This is the only time the founding group exists. After this, it’s the standard programme.

I thought I’d give you a little insight into what you will learn if you choose this journey with me.

- We start with you, your identity, your conscious awareness
- You learn why you’re communication works, or doesn’t work, and will learn how to fix it
