Miriam had NEVER lifted heavy weights in her life before she came to us.

She was stuck in a routine of stop/start in the gym.

She’d go for a bit get bored/not see the results she wanted and then stop again.

On top of that she felt really weak 😩

She wanted to get out of the loop of just doing cardio,to try lifting weights but had no idea where to start 🤷‍♀️

Luckily she joined our 6 week challenge 💪🏻.

Miriam used the PT and small groups in every session to her advantage.

She learnt not only about how to lift safely but effectively aswell.

Over the 6 weeks her confidence grew and she went from lifting 12kg kettlebells to 50kg on her deadlift.

Not only that she lost fat/built muscle and got leaner in the process.
