Good luck to Charlie and Nieve who are competing in the KWF World Tournament in Spain today. It is full contact knockdown tournament, they have trained extremely hard and deserve to do well. Being selected to represent Great Britain as part of Team GB is a great achievement in itself. Keep up the good work.

What a busy day we had Sunday! It was definitely divide and conquer for our usual Sunday morning crowd, training in 3 separate places.
Amy stayed and took the usual sunday morning knockdown session. It was a quiet one, but that was expected with the Easter break. Great work from everyone and good to see Senpai Bruno whilst he's been home from uni for the break, see you again in July!
Senpai Brendon took a group of 11 to the Invictus interclub event in Croydon. Fantastic expirence gained by everyone, seasoned fighters and first timers alike. Huge thank you to Sensei Alan Jamal Shnawa and everyone at Invictus Martial Arts Academy for putting on such a great event for all the fighters. Great to see some familiar faces there too
And then we had a group attend the BKK clicker course in Crawley. A special mention to Tanya and Charlotte for their first visit to a dojo outside of the IKK. And huge well done to Kadi for being selected to represent England in the upcoming England vs Wales event big thanks to Sensei and British Karate Kyokushinkai (BKK)
