We took some clients along to the Learning Disability Week event run by today, everyone who attended got a lot out of it. Thanks Clem for inviting us.

Friendship groups are always very important to everyone, no matter how old or young you are. Lovely to see 2 of our clients spending time with someone who needed a quieter space today 💖

Walk Club went rogue today and found an alley with a tunnel at the end of it and we came out for a stroll round Green Lane Recreation Park... If ever a photo belonged on an album cover, it's this one 💖

A wonderful Wednesday, everyone was happy to see a friendly face back in the room, J chose fruit from the snack box (definitely worth a pose) and Eco-op got itself a brand new Karaoke King 🎤 💖

Robin gives us his time to help keep the Community gardens tidy and well looked after. As a small charity we appreciate his hard effort and his experience with ground work really shines through. Big thanks to Robin for all he does for us.

Anakha came to us on a 50 hour placement as a clinical psychology student. When she finished her hours she decided to continue as a volunteer, how lucky were we ❤️
" I feel happy when I come here, it's a happy place to be. I felt sad when it was my last day so I decided to volunteer. I really enjoy supporting the clients in the class"!

Chris comes to see us every Wednesday morning since 2023, he once helped with the Bike Workshop( which is now ) but now takes lead in our Woodcraft session.
"I enjoy working alongside the clients and get great pleasure to see the joy on their faces when they have made something with my help."
When I asked why he volunteers, his response was instant...
"it's nice to give something back"💖
