We are deeply honoured to invite karateka of all ages and grades to a very special seminar with Norio Kawasaki Sensei,
Chief Instructor of Tenshinjuku Dojo, Kamakura, Japan.
Kawasaki Sensei is dedicated to preserving and teaching his interpretation of “Old Shotokan” — karate rooted in efficiency, structure, balance, and purpose.
Not karate built on speed or athleticism alone, but karate built on principles that endure.
Central to his teaching is a powerful belief:
that traditional Shotokan Karate is for everyone — young and old alike. That with correct mechanics, posture, timing, and intent, karate remains something that can be practised, refined, and deepened across an entire lifetime. If you are serious about traditional Shotokan— This seminar is for you.
There will be a Friday evening session and a Saturday session.
Fees and details on how to book will follow shortly.
Places are limited. Early booking strongly advised.
Further details to follow. 🥋

✨Confidence Starts Here✨
One of the most rewarding parts of teaching karate is seeing children gradually grow in confidence. It often starts quietly — standing a little taller, volunteering first, trying again when something doesn’t work straight away.
Through structured, supportive training they learn to:
⭐ Believe in themselves
⭐ Stay focused on their goals
⭐ Keep trying when things feel challenging
⭐ Support and encourage each other
⭐ Feel proud of their progress
Karate isn’t just about physical skills — it’s about helping children feel capable and self-assured in what they do.
And that confidence carries far beyond the dojo.
